Please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. To avoid conflicts, Geo-studies signs a written agreement with the client.
Definitions
Company: Refers to Geo-Studies, your trusted water drilling services provider since 1998.
Client: Any organization or individual availing Geo-Studies services.
Services: ERS, drilling for groundwater, installation of machinery for water extraction, and other related services.
Site: Preferred client location for drilling services.
Scope of Services
Geo-Studies provides unmatched drilling services, ERS surveys, Topographical Surveys, De-watering services across Pakistan. These services depend on the technical feasibility and availability of site.
Service Agreement
To avoid conflicts and disputes, Geo-Studies signs a written agreement with the client. The agreement contains scope, tentative cost, timeline to complete project and payment schedule.
Liability and Warranty
Geo-Studies guarantees optimum drilling results but does not guarantee unlimited water availability.
Company is not responsible for delays due to natural or unforeseen factors such as flood, labor strikes or any other or similar circumstances.
The installed equipment installed will function as per duration mentioned in the service agreement and Geo-Studies will offer free repair services during this tenure. After this tenure, our team will inform charges after investigating the machinery, boreholes etc.
Client Responsibilities
Obtain all the permits and permission of site.
Ensure site accessibility for drilling equipment.
Provide accurate information regarding site conditions.
Termination of Services
Geo-Studies can terminate the services in case of non-payment or non-compliance with service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes and conflicts will be resolved via negotiation. The disputes requiring legal guidelines will be dealt as per the law implemented by Government of Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
Company reserves right to change all terms and conditions at any time. These changes will be informed to the clients in written form.
